Website started in Blackbird theme, how do I update to the paid version?

I had already starting building a website in the free Blackbird theme, but realized that it was limiting, so upgraded to the paid PRO version. There are actually two sites, as I started one for a new business of mine. The second site I started under that same domain, as the Tea House already has a live site, which we are revamping totally. We will be migrating it when completed to a new host/server. The site I am trying to update is at: http://www.covitravel.com/teahouseconnection/. How do I switch from the free version to the paid membership PRO version? Do I have to rebuild?
