Slider rotation is too fast though i set it to 5seconds

hi, can you help me with the rotation of my slider, i noticed when i created and used a child theme for the theme update, my slider is rotating too fast though I've already set it to 5000 in the theme options

Themes theme optional panel will works same on both child and parent theme.
Please download child theme attached. And use it.
It will work.
