Part of Footer Text disappears

Hi,
after changing other sections of the theme options (menu) i get always the issue that the last part (the link) in the footer settings disappears and slips into the non editable part of the settings menu- see attached screenshot.
How can i handle that/ what can i do about it?

PS: the same error appears in Nutrition theme as well. May be a general issue in Your theme programming?
