Just purchased - black box at top?

I just purchased this theme and mine looks different than the original:

I need the black box removed at the top and the picture to take the whole space.

As well as the bottom text box should be on the right like the first link with the white box around it. In a square shape like on your site.

There is a white border on my link on 3 sides of the photo. There should be no white box.

Everything fixed EXCEPT for black box on top. I would like to delete the black box on top and only have image. thanks.

Go to the Reading Settings panel (Settings > Reading) in your dashboard and follow the instruction as shown in the image given below.

This will solve your issue.
