Images/Text Cutoff in Widget Area

Please help! All of my images and text are being cutoff in the sidebar area for the widgets.

What can I do to fix this? I have tried to send a private message to support but have not heard back. I really need to fix this.

Download theme again from members area in a couple of hours and upload it. It will resolve your issue.

Destination folder already exists.
Theme install failed.

 

If I delete the destination folder will I be starting again from square 1?
