Hi. I have used WP's slideshows on other sites without an issue, but when I tried them on BlogsTrend, I received this error:

    This slideshow requires JavaScript.

The site shows the slideshows perfectly in preview, but when I post the article I get a black line without images.

    Here's the link: http://www.thebrandonbeacon.com

I turned off the gallery and switched it out with a slideshow plugin. Would much rather use WP's though. It loads much faster. In researching this on WP's support site, I've found several references to "old JQuery" settings.

The slider plugin I'm using is not where I'm having the issue. I have the issue when I try to create a gallery slideshow using the Wordpress gallery option. I added a gallery slideshow to the following link so you can see what I see when trying to use it. http://www.thebrandonbeacon.com/archery-camp-hits-the-bullseye/

    Hello,

I have checked link. You have shared and found that your all sliders are working fine.
Have you resolved it by your self?

I see the same thing you are seeing in Firefox, but this is what I see in Safari:

    Hello,

Our theme is compatible with almost all the plugin but there are multiple plugins available in WordPress
therefore it is not possible to check every plugin with the theme, Search alternative of plugin from WordPress.org
    and installed it.

    or

You can contact to plugin related support forum, they will helps you.

    or

You can also try WP Slider Plugin from WordPress.org.

Thanks. As I mentioned previously in the thread, the slideshow plugin I'm using as a second option is working okay (if a little slow). I will try the WP Slider. My current slider plugin doesn't seem to be compatible with mobile devices anyway. But that still doesn't answer my question as to why the standard Wordpress Gallery option doesn't show in Safari and instead shows like the screenshot above.

    Hello,

I think there is some confusion in this thread.
Please do one thing. Create a new page add standard WordPress Gallery in it.
After that do share it's link.
I will try to resolve it.

    Hello,

I have checked your post link in safari. In first view it show "This slideshow requires javascript" but when loading complete. Slider start displaying.
Please check your site on another system too.
Maybe it is something to do with your browser.

What I've found is that the slider works great IF I'm not logged in to Wordpress. When I'm logged in I get the error message. When I log out it works fine. That sounds like a glitch in Wordpress to me.
