Hello,

Firstly, go to front-page.php present in your theme directory and follow the instruction as shown in image given below





Now, Go to

Appearance > Widget

Drag text widgets and add paragraph tag there and drop it in the Home Page Sidebar Feature widget area.

This will solve your issue.
