Wordpress comments

Is there a way for readers of the blog on the site to have acknowledgement that their comment has been submitted for approval?

At the moment when anyone makes a comment they get a blank screen and the following in the address bar:
http://www.sitename.co.uk/wp-comments-post.php

so they don't know if they have done it correctly, so they post comments twice or more.
Is there a way to get a thank-you for your comment it is being moderated or something like that?

Hello,

In "Local business" theme if visitor post comment for particular post then site redirect to the page which shows a message "our comment is awaiting moderation."

Please check image for reference.
