Woocommerce Plugin throwing error on Hostgator when trying to install

Hello,
Was needing some help in figuring out why when I tried to intall the woocommerce plugin it throws a Hostgator Error of 403-Forbidden. The Salejuction theme installed fine on Hostgator wordpress, but every time I click to intall the plugin it directs to the Hostgator error page. Any help would be much appreciated. Here is a screen shot of the error page.

I would like to inform you that the issue is related to your server not with the theme.

So you are kindly suggested to keep this issue to your host provider and they will better assist you regarding this.
