WooCommerce Plugin Error

    I have installed my wordpress and the salesjunction theme locally.

    I have to install the woocommerce plugin then customize my site before I go online.

    I see the error below,
    ( ! ) Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\wamp\www\netincomeschool\wp-includes\class-http.php on line 1088"

    The woocommerce plugin is not installing.

    How do I solve this problem?
