Where do I find the settings for the section that appears on the demo that is underneath the 3 feature descriptions? How do I add this?

My carousel stopped working. It used to work, but now it just shows up with the error message? Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /home/jimcarv/public_html/wp-content/themes/infowaytheme/functions/dynamic-image.php on line 292 Also, the navigation menu stopped working on the phone. It works okay on the computer. I think the two are problems are related. Please help! Thanks!
