I lost my FormGet "look" when I updated to the new Wordpress 4.6.1 The form is still there and it works, it just lost its "look" and is very generic. I have over 10 sites with this Theme. Screen Shot Enclosed: Thanks, Mike

I have over 10 sites with this Theme, but here is one URL where the I lost the look of the Formget Form. Just FYI, I deactivated all the plugins, etc., and a couple of other things, like redo the formget form, etc., to track the problem, but nothing worked. http://www.constructionheadhunter.org Thanks, Mike
