user database

Hi,

My membership website uses, Video Member theme.

My question is - How and where could I gain access in my website to the registered users, it would be just hard to keep track of all users vis email. When a new user registers, I get an email notification with below information.

New user registration on your site Website ...........
Username: p.......1
Email: [email protected]

Please let me know I also need to know if there are hundreds of users, where in the website or database I can see username and email data stored? So I can use that to manage member communication etc
