URGENT Action required by your developer team on Reboot of HTACCESS File kisks our site offline

We are now at the stage where we are looking to take further action unless you can resolve this once and for all.

Our web development team have tried to resolve this and they are getting nowhere with your help
And it is got nothing to do with our server


Basically what happens on our web site is this that anytime I make a change on the website the htacess file reboots itself
Our site goes down and right now after this email
I am going to monitor every communication and downtime of our business website and hold this accountable for business loss.
