Hi. I am trying to upload the Themia Theme I have just purchased. When trying to unzip it via my desktop I get a message saying '....themiatheme.zip invalid'. I tried to upload it straight from my Wordpress and I get this message 'The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature'. I also tried to download the Themia PDF Documentation and got a message saying the folder was empty??
Hello, Sorry for the delay. Yes, There is some problem with downloading server. For now, Sending you "Themia theme" through mail. But from next time you can download theme directly from your members area.
