    Hi,
A new client of mine has Compass 1.1.4 installed on their website. At some point, they noticed that the theme options panel disappeared as well as the Compass Slider and an option for the 3 boxes on the homepage.

I've tried deactivating plugins to ensure there isn't a conflict.

They are running WordPress 5.6.1 and their host is running PHP 7.4 on the server. I suspect that their free version of theme, which appears to have been last updated in the WordPress repository in 2019, isn't compatible with either the latest versions of WordPress or PHP 7.x.

We've purchased the pro version in hopes that it will resolve issues. However, in reading documentation for upgrading from the free version to pro, we need to copy the values from the theme’s options panel to a text file and then paste them into the pro version. But, we can't access the theme's options panel because it is no longer appearing in the navigation of the admin.

Any help or direction would be appreciated.
