Hi Nitesh, I just saw your message. Unfortunately, my university has set up a wall to prohibit access to the /wp-login.php from off-campus network (because of a previous campus server attack...). Are there any other ways you can help resolve this problem? Thank you! Iven
Hello, Without checking your dashboard, we are unable to provide any accurate solution. Because your issue is not global. Please deactivate all your plugin and check after it and also share the video of whole process that your are trying.
I think I had a similar problem yesterday. I made a back-up of the theme-options.php and when an error occurred I reposted the back-up file but my Wordpress was unable to get past that error. I then had my web hosting comp[any restore an earlier version of my wordpress so I could work again on the theme.
