Theme Options Updates Not Working

I am trying to update my homepage through theme options, but when I click save changes at the bottom, it is not saving or updating.

In the middle of the page, it also says "Thank you for creating with WordPress."

How can I get my page to save the updates I'm trying to make?

 

Download theme again from members area and upload it, It will resolve your issue.
