Theme Options not loading

Not sure what to do here. Your current download of the theme doesn't seem to have this file either... where can i get the missing files?

 

Anyone from staff have an idea how to fix this? I can't edit our homepage slider with the options not loading.

I am not comfortable in giving you direct access to this site. Please provide a download for the missing files that I can install myself.

 

We have checked the theme at our end but didn't get such flaw, It is something related to your site.

It could be due to any plugin conflict..

We will have to check your site.

Asking for dashboard details is a normal thing from us..

It's an attempt to fix the error.. We won't harm anything..

Just fix the issue and let you know about it.. You can change your credentials later..

Normally, we do this in cases like this and users cooperate us..

 

I think I may have found the problem - we have moved to PHP7. Could that be causing the issue?

Our GoldenEagle theme is version 1.4.4. I tried to move to the current version but the design of the site gets changed too much.
