I have just installed the Squirrel theme and have discovered that when using the Theme Options area to make updates, such as changing the style or adding info for the sliders etc. But when I click on the Save All Options button I get taken to the Appearance section in the wordpress dashboard and the update does not happen. I have now this on three other hosing accounts with the themes Subscribely and Harrington Pro and they do the same thing as well. What is causing this? Regards, Ken
Hello, This issue maybe because of plugin (if installed). So please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). Thanks & Regards Gourav Shrivastava
I have deactivated all plugins and even with no plugins activated the theme will not update. Each time I click on the save update button it just takes me to the main theme appearance page. Would it help if I set you up as a user and gave you the login details. Regards, Ken
