Text over Slider on Home Page

Hi, my site is DrDisabilityQuotes.com.

I added text over my slider image on the home page of my website but it appears that when I make the browser smaller (restore down), the text moves and is not in the right spot on the slider image. First, take a look at the slider and text when your browser is full and then make the browser smaller (like half the screen) and you will see the text moves and is not aligned right. How can I fix this? I added some codes in front.page. Thank you for your help
