Testimonial Page

Hi there,
I've created a testimonial page however the option as suggested in http://www.inkthemes.com/appointway-wordpress-theme-complete-tutorial documentation to add a photo is not available. All I get is the attached (very limited options)
How can I attatch a testimonial to my page?

To add the Testimonials, just go to (Testimonials -> Add New) from your dashboard.

You can also follow the attached screenshot given below.
