switching to 3 columns and 4 still show on home page

    Hi There, On my site www.silverplatterleads.com I changed the setting for the home page to show 3 column boxes and not 4 but 4 are still showing. The forth one is now below the row of 3. How do I remove the 4th one? Please advise. Thanks, Sandra
