States are not displaying after changing the country

Hi There,

I am changing the default country from usa to india while posting ads or sign up. But after changing country to india still its displaying us states lists. Please help me how to fix this issue.

You are requested to edit the values of States from Dashboard->Settings->Advance Settings->Custom Field
