Hi, I have tried a couple different sliders (for posts and pages) and they seem to have a conflict with the theme. I saw WP Slider recommended in this forum for another theme, so I tried it, but it caused issues withe the home page slide embedded in the theme. My latest attempt is Total Slider (which I like), but it has issues as well... The background image doesn't show up, instead I get, a border around the following text: class-"ts-default-slide " style="background-image: url('the image URL');" > The slider text overlay looks fine though. Hello, One of your plugin "Shortcodes Ultimate" is conflicting with "Total slider plugin". I have deactivated it. And also please recreate your slider "Evodia" because I have done some changes in it and removed title and description.
Thanks. For now, I deactivated the Total Slider so I could use the shortcodes. Any recommendation for a different shortcodes or form maker that doesn't conflict with the theme or the slider plugin would be appreciated.
Hello, There are multiple shortcode and slider plugin at WordPress.org. You can try any plugin after checking there compatibility.
