Hello Sandra, Theme doesn't allow to add widgets on that area, did you customize it? For your information, it may happen that some of your plugins are conflicting in your site, You are requested to deactivate all of your plugins once and check you site's again, Then activate one by one your plugins checking result on each activation, Hope this will let you figure out the messing up plugin. Hi There, Happy New Year! I have tried deactivating all plugins and that did not work. I do not think it is a plugin conflict because it worked for a long time with the slider in the correct place and the widget there. What do you suggest? As you know I have paid 30.00 to customize a video in the slider and do need the widget there next to the video. Will this be corrected with the customization or should I use another theme?
