I have just checked your site and found that you are using an older version of the theme on your site i.e. version 3.2.3 whereas, version 3.9 is available for download in your member's area. Please visit your member's area: https://www.inkthemes.com/members/member/index and download the updated version and install and activate it on your site. This will resolve your issues.
