slider button animation

My slider button has lost its animation. I have contacted support who has been working on it. I received 2 notices via email that the problem was solved. Both times when I checked the button is the same unanimated button.
I bought the pro version of this theme after doing some simple changes to see how it was going to work for my client. After installing it the slider button never worked. I contacted support.

Does anyone on this help forum have a solution?

Blow is the screenshot of how the button should look. On my website it is a flat rectangle. On the theme preview it animates on mouseover with a bounce motion. Before I made any customizations after installing the Pro version it wasn't working. I assumed it would be a simple fix, but doesn't seem to be working out that way.
