Setting Home Page SEO Meta-Titles & Description

I am using All In One SEO Plugin to set the meta-titles and meta-descriptions on my home page and throughout the site at corporatehousinghouston.net

I'm having a problem where no matter what I set the meta-titles and the meta-description to in the all in one seo plugin, those titles and descriptions are not displayed in the search results.

You can look at the source code on the home page and see that I have set the Home Page Meta-Title to:

"Welcome to Corporate Housing In Houston"

However the search result is showing a different seo title for the home page. See attached image here: http://screencast.com/t/AU0LKwhN0

It's doing this on every page, but the two pages shown in the image are the home page and the our properties page.

For some reason the theme is not returning the meta-data that I set in the all in one seo plugin.

How can I fix this?

I've already tried logging into my Google Search Console and submitting to index several times.
