"Right Feature Section" missing in admin

According to the theme documention, there should be a "Right Feature Section" in the Homepage Feature Area. This is not there, and I am unable to remove or change the current Youtube video that is in that section.

Has anyone seen this?

 

I attempted to follow instructions in another post, but that did not work. What am I missing here?

 

I also see that version 1.77 was included in my download. I just signed up today. I have no option to download version 2. Maybe I need version 2?
