    To make the desired changes, just paste the code in the Additional CSS section of the theme.

    Go to (Dashboard->Appearance->Customize->Additional CSS).

    Code:
    .three-column-div.row {
    display: none;
}

    I figured out what I wanted to do. When I removed this code, the 3-column features are above the 2-column. How to I restore it so the 2-column is first?

    Have you edited the coding of the theme?

    There is no need to edit the code of the theme.

    You can just paste the above code provided and it will let you achieve your requirements.

    I didn't edit any code. I put that code in and saved it. Later, I took it back out and re-saved. Now the 3 column is above the 2 column of they are both on.
