Remove 'hierachy' from post heading

    Hi There, how do I remove the 'hierachy' words from the heading of the posts and just have the actual POst Heading ?

    In the example below I just want @Ozgoals Fan Story......not the Home>>fan story >> @Ozgoals Fan Story upload_2018-12-23_6-13-26.png
