Dear Naveen, Priya Issue 19544 was solved by january 23rd, thanks. Regarding the issues on my other sites (opencaravanroute.nl and verhuur.opencaravanroute.nl), you should be able to open them as the host provider resolved the issue, and check the functionality of the theme there. The site opencaravanroute.nl contains a few ads by clients. We cannot publish them because of a dysfunctional carrousel photo display. You will see the problems when making an add by yourself or rather publish my clients ads and see where the site produces erros. The problems on these sites are: -ads do not show on carrousels despite these options are chosen. -photographs on carrousel are diplayed completely out of wack. -soms new ads do and others don't publish when publish from back office. - Can I upgrade the theme without loosing translations? Hello Steven, Our developers checked your site and found that you have done some modifications in the theme installed in your site verhuur.opencaravanroute.nl like, you have altered custom field default HTML variables for address field etc., probably you did that from the source code customization. Unfortunately, we are unable to recover that, you are now suggested to reset your database and re-installed the first copy of the customized theme in your site. Only this will resolve your issues.. I agree Steven, A little more explanation re the HTML variable aspects for the Custom Fields would be appreciated - it is a little confusing and I've changed these things several times now without knowing what I was doing was correct or not.
