Not receiving emails from Contact section

Please help - I am not receiving emails submitted in the Contact section.

I have entered the email address where I want to receive the inquiries from the website as described in this forum: http://www.inkthemes.com/community/threads/specify-email-address-on-contact-page.14872/

Still nothing. Any guidance would be helpful.
