Multiple Support Questions - Support access, sending private securely, bottom footer, WP 5.6 update

1.) Is there any private or email support? I tried using the form and we didn't get any reply. We cannot sent account access details this way.
2.) Is email or a form private and secure enough to send account details? Usually it is advised to never send login details via email.

3.) How can we edit the bottom footer content? We cannot find a way to edit this part that says "Colorway WordPress Theme by InkThemes.com"

Or if you want we will share the file in which you can edit the text.

4.) How long do you estimate before the theme is updated for Wordpress 5.6? Just a rough idea is fine, as we just want to plan accordingly.

-> We are working on the theme update and the theme will get updated within a week time.
