Multiple Appointments do not save in Booked Appointments

Only one entry is in Booked Appointments. Booking a second appointment does not generate an error and user does not get email confirmation. If I delete the only appointment I can save a new one, but only one. I have reinstalled the Smart Booking Theme and Appointment plug-in.

Figured it out. Had to enable the Captcha for it to work.
