Menu link

Dear Sir,

my menu bar serve as a main topic for sub menu. My main menu has no content but sub menu has content. How can I disable ppl to click the main menu. I have seen it else where but never tried.

See below image. I dont want ppl to click The Society but instead the Exco. And the Committees too I dont want to be accessible instead to EIM-OC, Football for Health etc.

You can make use of Custom links with a '#' or 'your first submenu item link' in link attribute of your WordPress Dashboard->Appearance->Menus
