it seems to be an issue with the normal menu; javascript error. I've deactivated all the plugins but this one, and still have the error. plugin works great with other them . this is the error in console

Thank you for your response. Plugin works with every other theme but yours, and is the most popular menu plugin in wordpress. I know the regular menu works, have no interest in using that one. I got this plugin after a search in your forums and it was reccomend by your company: https://www.inkthemes.com/community/threads/mega-menu-plugin.23097/#post-91486 Any insight on how to fix the javascript error would be appreciated.
