Make a new page template

Hi! This is rather a strange request, but I need a page in Woodpecker that doesn't show the header, footer, or sidebar. I just want my content and nothing else.

I took the full width.php file and took out the parts I wanted, and uploaded the new file titled no header no footer.php to the theme files. But it's not showing in the options. I also looked at the functions files in the admin area to try and get it to recognize the template, but no luck.

What did I miss?

One more request, is it possible to add a black bar with 2 buttons on it across the top of the template? I want the pages to blend with a web app. I'd like it to look similar to the top of this page: http://prairieside.earnestapps.com/#/page/content/pageid/319060/. I don't need the page title to show there (but it would be cool) I just need the black bar and 2 buttons. I can code the buttons to go to the right spot if necessary. I have that information. I just don't know how to make the bar and buttons appear in the template.

I received your improvements and replied to your email with 2 messages on April 23. I have not heard anything back. There are a couple of issues with the template. Did you get my emails?

Akbar, I will resend. I will also state the issues here. When you resize the window down, the home button jumps down out of the correct spot. Also, I wanted to use a script for the back button so it would work like a back button in a browser. I have the script. It won't work in the customizer, and I don't want to break the page by editing the template directly.

I think there was one more question, but will have to check the email. I will send it today.

I will send. I have, however, outlined the problems and requests here a few times. Please, please, please fix these issues. I have been waiting weeks.

1. When you resize the page, the cp_right button moves inappropriately. My husband says you have it out of a box somehow.
2. I would like to use a script for the cp_left button, not a link. I need it to act like a back button on a browser. Script will be in email.
3. There may be difficulty with the center text interfering. I cannot simply leave it blank because the black bar then disappears. Having the page title there would be helpful...
