Issue with Andrina Theme Loading Google Fonts Resulting in Not Getting URL Padlock With https

I have upgraded from http to https, but the security padlock is not appearing because of the following issues. How do I correct this?

I did find in the parent CSS file where http://fonts.googleapis.com is called. I removed the http: so it would use the most appropriate protocol, but that did not fix the issue.
