Ink Appoinment fatal error

    Hi,

    Kindly re-install the plugin as these errors mostly occurs when plugin does not get installed properly. If still same problem persists let me know.

    Hi Sameer,

    I encounter this error message when i try to install the ink Appointment onto a self hosting wordpress site.

    I have tried to reinstall but still face the same problem. Could you check and advise a solution.

    Kindly let me know have you installed a fresh copy of plugin? If not then Try and install a fresh copy of plugin.

    Hi Sameer,

    Can i check with you I have bought both the Ink Theme Premium Package as well as All ink theme Plug-in access.

    If i cancel the Support and update subscription of $15 monthly recurring.

    Will i still be able to get support from this forum if i encounter any issue with the theme and plug-in setup?

    this seems to be a recurring theme, I have just encountered the same problem. Obviously it is an error with the plugin not the way it is installed. Have you come up wit ha fix for this?

    Hello,

    There is no issue in the plugin.
    Actually, sometimes when you upload the plugin folder in the server, the server makes the code of some php files in one line which causes the syntax error.

    You can check it at your end.

    Now, what you have to do is to just extract the plugin folder in your desktop and open the syntax error creating PHP file in notepad or other editor and copy the code of that file and paste it in the same PHP file of plugin folder uploaded in server with the same style of coding.

    Do it for all other php file creating syntax error.

    It will resolve your issue :)

    Hi,

    Received this error upon submission of the Appointment webform:

    Warning: array_search() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in /home/ninebo5/public_html/domainname.com/wp-content/plugins/inkappointmentpro/ink-admin/apt-form.php on line 153

    Any Idea why this is happening or how to correct it?

    Akbar,

    I submitted two (2) appointments. One using the web-facing form, and the other was manually inside WP Admin.

    Both produced the Warning that I mentioned above.

    When viewing appointments in the backend, neither of these appointments or the data for them is present.

    Data is not being populated in the backend of the app.
