Infoway - Contact Form not working

Please assist:

I have entered the correct values for the public and private reCAPTCHA keys, form details, etc. The Contact Form displays fine on the contact us page including the captcha, but when I fill in the fields and click on send message, it partially reloads the contact us page with only the header displayed and nothing else. Also I do not get any email from the contact form. What could be wrong? Please assist, let me know if you require login details.
