Home Page Feature Not lining Up

Can someone tell me how to get the home page feature to line up and all be on the same level. Currently 2 are and then the third icon is below?

I got this message when I tried to do that.

Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
Destination folder already exists. /home/content/p3pnexwpnas10_data01/10/2578010/html/wp-content/themes/compasstheme/
Theme install failed.

You have to delete the installed theme first from your dashboard.
Note: - Please create a backup of your website before deleting the theme.

Please follow the video link to delete theme from your dashboard :-

Now, download and install the latest version of the theme from members area.

I am having issues deleting the theme. There is no delete option.

 

Never mind. I figured it out. However when I deleted it and reinstalled it did not fix the problem.
