Harrington Theme - Change speed of Testimonial Section

    I currently have quotes up in the testimonial section of the front page. Unfortunately they scroll through really quickly (3-4 second). Can someone please tell me what section of code I need to alter? I have tried a few things but I don't think I am reading it correctly.
