Can you get one of your senior members to come back to me please on an issue that keeps happening with our website theme... it is starting to effect our business and i need a solution or we will have to start looking at loss of business. now and again we get this error and our site goes down.. please advice... it used to happen before when hosted elsewhere and we were told by our current web guys it was fixed please advise Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. I already have asked them and they said it is a word press issue ive already tried they said its teh htaccess file keeps changing? also when i ask for replies to my posts i get no emails please can you advise?
so you know we host our website on our own dedicated server thru fasthost so they say its our responsability so i now need to come to you to see how we rectify this

what is this we dont understand - but are you saying that we have to configure the php? my question is - does this have to be altered all the time???? it seems that we have to instruct our web guys to do this all the time please advise me on this as this has never been a problem before and we are becoming of the attitude to take further action
