Custom Leads Capture Form

    Hi Inktheme team,

    In our "Infoway" theme we can no longer add new fieldnames using the Customs Leads Capture Form. After entering a fieldname en select a field type we press the clickable blue "Add Field" button, but it does not confirm the changes by showing the required fields.

    Can you please assist with a solution?

    Hello InkThemes Team!

    I experienced the same situation as Frits. I was trying to add "country" as a radio button (US / Philippines). Then it didn't show up on the list of fields. So, I tried it again. Now I have the text "Country" (two of them) showing on the form. I've attached an image. Please help!

    Would you please reinstall fresh copy of the theme from the members area..?

    Hi Priyanka,

    I did what you suggested and I'm still not able to delete the field names of the radio button fields I added. I deactivated my Lead Captures Form for now until this is resolved as it is displaying those unwanted field names.

    I would appreciated some help. Looking forward to your response.
