Hello, Jasper! Please follow the screenshot given below. For your information, I am using "WP-Editor" plugin to edit files. You can also download and use it from the link https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-editor/. After activating this plugin, you will get the same screen as shown in the screenshot. I deactivated all plugins to be sure but i'm not getting the plugin editor- option.. I can't find it anywhere. I have the dutch version but you can believe me when i say the only options are "installed plugins" or "new plugin Forums just say "deactivate" but that doesn't help..
