Clickable phone numbers on homepage and formget

My client needs a 'clickable' phone number on homepage (just ike roadfighter theme) and contactform (Formget).

Can it be done?

The clickable phonenumber would optimally be positioned in the same column where it is now.
Perhaps adding a second button equal to 'trainingsprogramma'?
