Changing appearance of form

I noticed in the illustrations on the sales page that the top of the form was very slim compared to the default size? I was wondering if I could change this through ccs? Also the text and colours are not very friendly on the eyes. Can this form be customized design with the back ground of the form being coloured and fonts changed etc...is there a way to do this?

There is also a problem where bullet points are appearing on the right hand side? How do I get rid of the m image attached?

I also tested the form today by filling it in it doesn't work. I also tried to use it with Q2W3 fixed widget plugin it doesn't work that either. I think I might just get my money back this plug in is useless.
