Change "X X ago" and the currency symbol position in ads listings

Hi,

I'd like to change the position of "ago" and the currency position in ads listings pages as a translation isn't enough cause it doesn't make sense in French to have "ago" after the date nor the currency symbol before a number, but the exact contrary
In which file will I find these?
